Responsibilities include contract administration, cost control, scheduling and resolving construction/design issues. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related field and possess excellent analytical and computer skills. Knowledge of Primavera Expedition or P3 a plus.

The successful Candidate will coordinate program development with the Director of the Pre-Construction Services Division and the Company President. Responsible for development of processes and procedures used to prepare conceptual budget estimates and detailed cost estimates using in-house computer systems and software. A general construction background with solid experience in preparing cost estimates for commercial, educational and public use buildings is required. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential. Work schedule is flexible, part-time or retired persons will be considered.

	Prepare preliminary budget estimates and construction cost estimates for sitework and infrastructure projects using in-house computer systems. The successful candidate must be able to perform work in an accurate, concise and professional manner and be able to quickly analyze, compare, and interpret detailed and sometimes poorly defined information... Prepare preliminary budget estimates and construction cost estimates for sitework and infrastructure projects using in-house computer systems. The successful candidate must be able to perform work in an accurate, concise and professional manner and be able to quickly analyze, compare, and interpret detailed and sometimes poorly defined information. Utilize the resources of the Technician(s) to accomplish tasks in an efficient manner. College degree preferred with minimum two years estimating, engineering or construction experience required.
